I'd recommend Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes because Clare was so lovely to deal with with no hard selling or pressure whatsoever = although we already knew the car was right for us. She organised all the documents and handover perfectly and even followed up when we had a couple of small issues that needed rectifying. Nothing was too small (or too big) to sort out for us. We're even thinking that when we get our next car (Honda) it would definitely be with her and Johnsons Honda, Milton Keynes. Worth the 2hr roundtrip. Great customer service all round. All other dealerships - take note!
The staff at Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes were good because Alex, gave much time to explaining everything about the car and the process of purchasing. He offered helpful hints about owning the vehicle and answered, with obvious knowledge and expertise, any questions I had. He has much to offer any company!!
The experience at Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes was fantastic because the Sales Person we dealt with, Alexandru Popa was very friendly, professional and told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle and test drive route etc. Alex also followed up after the vehicle purchase to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and if any further help was required - Excellent experience during this buying process.
My experience at Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes was memorable because 1st impressions are important & from moment walked into show room my wife & I were made to feel very welcome. In fact whilst I had a test drive Darren Barber looked after my Dog Thus may seem a little thing But to me it was another way of showing their interest in a customer.
